The presence of 24-hour reception added to the sense of security and convenience. The room was clean and spacious, with basic amenities like wi-fi, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV provided. However, the service was lacking, which can be improved for a more enjoyable stay. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, although the taste was average. The central location proved to be advantageous, with various dining options nearby. Caramel Hotels caters more to pragmatic travelers looking for a budget-friendly accommodation in a prime city area.
